In Cracow, Poland, we are actively seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to strengthen our team and play a key role in delivering strategic business and technology initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. As a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, you will drive effective governance, risk management, and value realization while coordinating collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams. This is you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management tools.
Nice to have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification.
- Experience managing digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, cloud, and modern software engineering environments.

Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead project execution from initiation through closure.
- Establish project governance, milestones, reporting, and decision-making forums.
- Manage scope, budget, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
- Facilitate executive steering committees and status reviews.
- Ensure delivery adherence to organizational standards and methodologies.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Align project objectives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Drive communication plans and change management activities.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Manage escalations and remove delivery blockers.
- Track corrective actions and ensure accountability.
Performance Monitoring
- Establish KPIs and success metrics.
- Monitor progress and delivery health.
- Deliver regular executive reporting and portfolio updates.
