We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Capital Projects function by analyzing financial and operational data, improving reporting and processes, and providing insights to support project performance. Key duties include managing capital project reporting, analyzing performance, supporting system improvements, and resolving accounts payable issues to help drive efficiency and achieve company goals.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Own reporting and performance analysis for capital projects.
- Maintain accuracy of capital project reporting, including commitments and variances.
- Support optimization of Yardi and Facili IQ workflows for improved data quality and execution.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely processing of accounts payable issues.
- Provide visibility into capital spend and project performance metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with AP, PSMs, and vendors as required.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field preferred.
- Experience in real estate, construction, capital projects, or property operations preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with reporting, data analysis, and financial tracking.
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet strongly preferred).
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and vendors.
