Junior Business Analyst, Data Visualization

We provide tailored solutions in Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.

Position Overview

Support a team building automated performance dashboards for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). You will help collect, clean, and visualize performance data and support day-to-day project analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support building and updating dashboards, charts, and reports from KPI data
  • Clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources
  • Help maintain the data dictionary and measures documentation
  • Prepare meeting materials, briefing slides, and status updates
  • Track action items, risks, and project milestones
  • Support training materials and user FAQs for dashboard users

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience, including internships
  • Working knowledge of Excel and a visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong attention to detail and clear written communication

Preferred

  • Basic SQL or Python
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD clients

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,030 - $70,020. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
