We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Project Manager in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals with strong project leadership and delivery capabilities. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables against approved plans.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective-action plans.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, change controls, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure project activities comply with contractual requirements, quality standards, and applicable procedures.
- Lead project teams and drive timely resolution of operational and delivery issues.
Required Skills
- Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects through the complete project lifecycle.
- Planning & Scheduling: Strong capability in project schedules, milestones, resources, and delivery tracking.
- Budget & Cost Management: Ability to monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and variances.
