What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product & Strategy division, supporting our Application Workspace product domain. In this role, you will own a business domain, drive strategic product decisions, and contribute to building products that customers love while driving sustainable growth for Navarino. You will contribute to the development and evolution of products within our Application Workspace product domain.

In this role you will:

  • Own multiple products within a major business domain
  • Influence portfolio decisions and investment priorities
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision
  • Develop product strategy aligned with customer needs and business goals
  • Create product roadmaps focused on outcomes rather than feature commitments
  • Lead complex discovery initiatives
  • Identify and reduce risks before committing significant resources
  • Assess value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Use customer feedback, product analytics, market intelligence, and business data to guide product decisions
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Technical Leaders to balance value, viability, usability, and feasibility
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders and key customers
  • Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership
  • Coach Product Managers and contribute to Product Team development
  • Shape product strategy beyond individual roadmaps while anticipating customer, market, and competitive changes
  • Act as a role model for Product Management excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in Product Management, including ownership of products or business domains
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers or Product Team members
  • Professional level of English, both written and verbal
