EOI - Technical Writer

  • Temporary full time opportunity - 2 November 2026 until 1 May 2027
  • Clerk Grade 7/8 - Salary range: $116,981 to $129,492 base salary per annum + superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Bathurst location

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and experienced Technical/Report Writer to join the Property Address Supply Chain Enhancement (PASCE) Product Team in an acting capacity for the period 2 November 2026 – 1 May 2027

About the PASCE Team

The PASCE Product Team is a small, collaborative group focused on shaping the future of address management in New South Wales. Over the past three years, the team has been researching, designing and delivering proof of concept solutions to support the reform and modernisation of the NSW address supply chain.

We work closely with stakeholders across Spatial Services, other government agencies, and local councils throughout NSW. Following a recent six-month extension of the project, the team is now focused on developing recommendations to support the future migration and enhancement of the NSW Address Database.

About this role

This role will suit someone with strong technical writing, report writing, or documentation experience who enjoys working independently while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.

Reporting to the PASCE Senior Product Owner and the Team Leader Addressing, you will contribute to a range of strategic and technical activities, including:

  • Supporting design, development and testing activities associated with PASCE proof of concept initiatives.
  • Researching, drafting and refining content for a formal project recommendation report.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to capture, analyse and document business and technical requirements related to address supply chain reform.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Extensive experience of Project Management / Business Analysis in the technology consulting or SAP business focus roles with an exposure to project work.
