Manager, Business Intelligence and Pricing (APAC) - Quezon City, Philippines

The Manager, Pricing and Business Intelligence is a crucial part of the Asia Pacific (APAC) team, tasked with combining analytical, commercial and strategic thinking to support growth in the APAC region.

This role partners closely with business leaders and other key stakeholders across the region to optimize revenue, track the performance of the business, identify insights and opportunities, and drive recommendations for business improvement. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role with direct business impact.

Role Responsibilities:

• Pricing: developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize revenue. This involves balancing objectives of volumes, competitiveness and profitability across a portfolio of markets.
• Business performance: tracking the health and performance of the business to identify opportunities and underpin initiatives for achieving broader business objectives.
• Strategic insights: gathering, classifying, analysing and disseminating business intelligence to drive strategic and operational decision-making.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative fields (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, etc).
• You must have 7+ years’ relevant experience, with preference for experience in commercial and/or pricing / revenue management roles.
• Experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL. MS Excel and Data Visualisation. Experience in Python and other analytical and programming tools would be highly regarded (but not essential.)
• Experience in analytical tools, including high proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with Snowflake and Power BI will be highly regarded.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to turn insights into recommendations and action.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred.
• A team-player mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work autonomously. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
