Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems
- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with data visualization and creating reports and dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations is a plus
