What you'll do:
As a Product Manager, you will own key product areas end-to-end.
This includes:
- Defining strategy and roadmap for product lines under your responsibility
- Owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- Collecting requirements through frequent touchpoints with users/stakeholders: interviews, feedback sessions, workflow observations and maintaining relationships (US-based customers)
- Working closely with internal teams: Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and more. Build trust, engage people in the mission
- Running comprehensive product and market research
- Project management — balancing high execution standards with deadlines, while making thoughtful trade-offs and tough decisions
- Conducting hands-on work to complement work done by Engineering and Data teams and expedite self-learning
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Great communication skills - able to build trust and strong relationships both internally and with customers
- Hands-on willingness — comfortable using advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) to independently handle basic data analysis, build lightweight automations, submit simple PRs, and create visual mockups
- Sharp analytical thinking - able to distinguish essential from non-essential
- Able to steer conversations from open-ended discussion toward clarity, decisions, and execution
- Hands-on experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders
- Background in Healthcare - significant advantage
