Location - Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

*** Development & Programming:

•

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python applications, scripts, and tools to automate processes and improve operational efficiency

•

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code following best practices and design patterns

•

  • Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources

•

  • Create and maintain APIs for internal applications and data services

•

  • Implement unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability

*** Data Processing & Analytics:

•

  • Utilize Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scipy for data manipulation and analysis

•

  • Create data visualizations using matplotlib, seaborn, or similar libraries to present findings

•

  • Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful business insights

•

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for regular reporting and analytics

•

  • Work with structured and unstructured data sources to build comprehensive solutions

*** Dashboard & Reporting:

•

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI (knowledge is an added advantage)

•

  • Create automated reporting solutions that deliver timely insights to stakeholders

•

  • Build user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and analysis

•

  • Ensure dashboards and reports meet business requirements and security standards

•

  • Support and maintain existing reporting solutions

*** Process Automation:

•

  • Identify opportunities for process automation across business functions

•

  • Develop tools to automate manual and repetitive tasks

•

  • Create workflow automation solutions that integrate with existing systems

•

  • Optimize existing processes through technological enhancements

•

  • Knowledge of Alteryx for workflow automation is an added advantage

*** Collaboration & Business Integration:

•

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

•

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated solutions

•

  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively

•

  • Provide support and training to end-users on developed applications

•

  • Document solutions and create user guides for business applications

*** Project Management & Delivery:

•

  • Manage assigned development tasks and meet project deadlines

•

  • Track progress and report status to team leads and stakeholders

•

  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives

•

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to production problems

•

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
