As a Product Manager at Wingo, you will lead impactful products
and projects throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will strengthen our offering by creating and continuously improving seamless digital solutions across the wireless and wireline sectors. You will also drive selected AI initiatives and identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience and support Wingo’s digital transformation.
- You lead technical and digital projects in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- You are passionate about telecommunications, digital innovation and artificial intelligence.
- You understand customer needs and pain points and translate them into intuitive and valuable solutions.
- You take ownership from product specification through delivery and continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Lead and manage wireless and wireline product initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Define product requirements and priorities while ensuring alignment with customer, business and commercial objectives.
- Drive and own AI initiatives, including existing projects, prototypes and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products.
- Manage lifecycle activities such as regulatory adaptations, product promotions and continuous improvement.
- Explore how AI and machine learning can improve digital products and the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about developments in telecommunications, digital technologies and AI to help Wingo remain innovative and competitive
