We are looking for a Project Manager Fleet Interventions to lead the end-to-end execution of vessel intervention projects, ensuring seamless delivery from planning through to redelivery.

This role is critical in maintaining fleet performance, combining project management, technical coordination, and financial oversight within a complex offshore environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing maintenance, repair, mobilisation, and conversion projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strict quality and safety standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in maximizing vessel reliability and performance post-intervention.

What you bring:

  • Basic technical knowledge of ship repair, ideally within dredging or offshore installation vessels
  • Experience in turnaround, repair, or conversion projects (onshore or offshore) is a strong advantage
  • Strong financial management and cost control skills
  • Proven project management experience, including scheduling and planning oversight
  • People management skills with the ability to build and lead effective project teams
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
