Full description

Role Overview:

As an Associate Manager in our OT Cybersecurity team, you’ll lead and support the delivery of consulting engagements across the full lifecycle — from strategy and risk assessment through to architecture, solution design, and implementation. You’ll work directly with clients, vendor teams, and technical specialists, bringing structure to complex problems and turning security requirements into practical outcomes.

This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be in client environments, running workshops, shaping solutions, and owning quality deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements — covering maturity assessments, gap analysis, risk reviews, and control evaluations
  • Develop cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, operating models, policies, and transformation plans
  • Design security architectures and produce technical artefacts including HLDs, LLDs, solution specifications, and implementation plans
  • Support configuration, integration, and deployment of cybersecurity technologies and solutions
  • Translate business and security requirements into practical, implementable technical solutions
  • Facilitate client workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder presentations
  • Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and client technical teams throughout design and implementation phases
  • Produce high-quality deliverables — assessment reports, architectures, roadmaps, and technical documentation
  • Support testing, integration, and operational handover activities
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and cybersecurity thought leadership
  • Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, standards, and industry practices

Experience

  • 8–13years of cybersecurity experience, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cybersecurity consulting, advisory, engineering, design, or implementation engagements
  • Practical experience designing or implementing cybersecurity solutions across client environments
  • Experience developing HLDs, LLDs, technical architectures, and implementation documentation

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good understanding of cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture, and technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to break down complex requirements and communicate solutions clearly
  • Confident presenter and communicator, comfortable in client-facing and stakeholder settings
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary consulting teams

Certifications (Desirable)

  • CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent

Additional Domains (Advantageous)

  • Exposure across cloud security, network security, IAM, SOC, application security, data security, or GRC
