Primary Purpose

  • Ensures that all products meet food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements across Ice Cream, Coffee, and Sta. Rosa Shipping Point operations.
  • Implements, maintains, and continuously improves Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (QFSMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of quality and food safety programs, including GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other applicable standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations, certifications, and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits, facility inspections, investigations, and corrective action follow-ups for identified quality issues.
  • Review and recommend disposition of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Manage customer complaints and quality-related inquiries, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Oversee laboratory activities and ensure timely, accurate, and reliable testing of products and materials.
