Full description
The role
NeoXam DataHub helps investment firms manage the data they rely on. Our IBOR offer gives portfolio managers and traders an accurate, real-time view of their positions.
As Product Manager, you decide what the product should do next and make it happen. You work with a team of developers and testers, and over time you become the go-to person for IBOR, for colleagues as well as for clients.
What you will do
- Build the product roadmap and share it with the teams, in line with client needs and company strategy.
- Turn the roadmap into clear specifications and decide what the team works on first.
- Work day to day with the developers and testers. You test what they deliver, report issues, decide what needs to be fixed and approve the release.
- Use AI in your daily work (specifications, analysis, prototyping) and find where AI can bring new value to the product.
- Over time, become the main contact for IBOR: meet clients and prospects, present the product and roadmap, support presales and follow market trends.
What we expect from you
- Mandatory: experience in capital markets or investment management, with good knowledge of financial instruments and of the investment lifecycle, from trade to accounting.
- 5+ years in product management, business analysis or functional consulting on investment management software.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- IBOR / ABOR experience is a plus.
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
How you think
- Analytical. Behind a specific client request, you look for the generic need. You build something that solves today’s problem and still works for tomorrow’s.
- Big picture first. Faced with a complex problem, you first break it down into a few high-level parts. You go into the detail of each part when the time comes.
- Owner and driver. You treat the product as your own. You take initiative, make decisions, explain your choices and follow them through to delivery.
- Client-facing. You are the product’s voice with clients and prospects, and you communicate with them clearly. Prior client experience is a plus, and your client role grows with you.
What we offer
- Real impact. You shape a product used by leading investment firms around the world, and your decisions show in what we deliver.
- Freedom and flexibility. You organise your work as you see fit, and you work from home on a flexible schedule.
- A global playground. You work every day with NeoXam teams across Europe, APAC and the Americas.
- The best tools. You get what you need to do great work, including AI tools built into how we work.
- A team you will enjoy. People who are friendly, sharp and committed, and who like to build things together.
