We design cutting-edge curriculum, deliver expert instruction, create potent software solutions, power knowledge management, and drive complex logistical and strategic initiatives. We are looking for high-performing professionals to help make an impact in the mission-driven work we do every day. Could that be you?

Responsibilities

About the Role

CTP, on behalf of Veloxxity, is seeking a Fusion Center Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for the intelligence fusion center at the heart of Veloxxity's integrated security platform. It brings many data sources, analytic tools and workflows together into one secure system. National security, law enforcement, border, maritime and defense agencies use it to spot threats, work across agencies and make faster, better-informed decisions.

This is a hands-on product role. You'll turn real mission needs into a single, cohesive product, not a patchwork of tools. You'll work alongside intelligence practitioners, architects, engineers, customer success and technology partners, and see your work deployed with government customers in multiple countries.

What You Will Do

  • Set the vision and roadmap. Own the product strategy, roadmap and priorities. Build a modular baseline that adapts to different countries, agencies and security policies.
  • Bring the data together. Define how the platform ingests and connects sources such as border and immigration systems, law enforcement records, vessel tracking, geospatial data, OSINT and commercial feeds, video and sensor feeds, watchlists, and authorized INTERPOL sharing.
  • Design how analysts work. Partner with intelligence professionals to build workflows for threat identification, link and network analysis, investigations and case management, alerting, reporting and interagency collaboration, always with a human in the loop.
  • Drive delivery with engineering. Own the backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, shape MVPs and phased releases, and join sprint planning, design reviews and demos.
  • Build in security and sovereign control. Define requirements for access controls, compartmentalization, data provenance and audit trails, so each customer owns and governs its own data across cloud, hybrid or sovereign-hosted deployments.
  • Integrate partner technology. Evaluate third-party products, make build-vs-buy calls, manage vendor dependencies, and keep the experience unified while avoiding lock-in.
  • Deploy, listen and improve. Validate capabilities with customers, work with Customer Success to track adoption and gaps, and feed lessons learned back into the roadmap.

You'll own the roadmap, backlog, requirements and acceptance criteria. Architecture, cybersecurity accreditation and contract decisions stay with their functional leads; you'll coordinate across them to keep the product on track.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

What you bring

  • Experience in technical product management, intelligence systems integration, enterprise software, or intelligence technology delivery
  • A solid grasp of intelligence fusion and the intelligence cycle: collection, processing, analysis, dissemination and decision support
  • Working knowledge of modern data architecture: APIs, data pipelines, integration services and analytic platforms
  • Familiarity with geospatial intelligence, entity resolution, search, correlation and data visualization
  • A track record of turning operational needs into specs, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience running roadmaps and backlogs in an Agile delivery environment
  • Understanding of secure information sharing, access controls and data governance for sensitive information
  • The ability to lead across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity and operations teams, and to balance mission needs against cost, schedule and scale
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills

Bonus points

  • You've built or integrated fusion centers, intelligence platforms, command-and-control or national security systems
  • You've supported defense or law enforcement intelligence, border security, counter-narcotics, counterterrorism or maritime domain awareness
  • You've worked with tools like Palantir, ArcGIS, Elasticsearch or graph databases
  • You know OSINT, video management, identity intelligence or watchlist integration
  • You're comfortable with cloud-native architecture, microservices and containers
  • You've applied AI/ML to intelligence analysis, such as information extraction or entity resolution
  • You've worked on interagency data standards, multinational security programs, partner-nation deployments, or INTERPOL information sharing
  • You've managed commercial technology partners and folded their products into one platform

Why join us

You'll shape a product from the ground up and see it put to work on real security missions. Your work will also make the platform repeatable, so Veloxxity can bring it to more nations and regions.
