At Paramount, you'll play a key role in managing and forecasting cashflow across our international TV Media and Streaming business. Working with finance teams around the world, you'll provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making, optimize liquidity, and drive financial performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, collaborating across functions, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review monthly cashflow performance across TV Media and Streaming, analyze variances, and support month-end Cash Operations activities.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly cash forecasts and short-term liquidity outlooks by coordinating inputs from multiple finance teams.
  • Deliver accurate cashflow reporting and insightful analysis, including forecast updates, trend analysis, commentary, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
  • Support Treasury with short-term liquidity planning and cashflow insights.
  • Partner with Controllership and business teams to monitor open purchase orders and Accounts Payable, helping ensure timely payments and strong cash management.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to understand local cashflow drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic finance initiatives and process improvements, including Paramount's transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion in January 2027.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Cashflow Management, or a similar finance function.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in an international or multinational business environment.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Oracle Fusion, or other enterprise finance systems is considered an advantage.
