SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Metcalf Builders, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our construction team. Someone who is interested in joining a company with a strong culture and who will help expand and uphold on our core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.

The Project Manager reports to the VP of Operations or Senior Project Manager as directed. Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: performs project coordination duties; performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit; performs or supervises project activities; and performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.

Education & Experience

  • B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
  • 10 years’ experience in the construction industry with a minimum of years’ in project management.
