What We're Looking For

Requirements for this role include:

  • 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Construction administrative role.
  • Familiar with methods, equipment, and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade.
  • Must have at least a high school degree, or G.E.D.
  • Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with industry software such as: ProCore, Bluebeam, Revue, Revit, AutoCad, is a plus.
  • Able to understand and manage job deadlines.

Location & Travel

This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This role will also require travel to work sites in the DMV area, which can be up to 30-40% of the role.
