Position Summary Cordavis is looking for a proactive and insight-driven Senior Business Analyst who partners with the business to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive data-led decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within large, complex and sometimes unstructured datasets
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to understand drivers behind business performance
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and datasets
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or other applicable tools)
  • Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Contribute to defining best practices for analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Monitor key metrics and flag unusual movements or data quality issues
  • Continuously look for ways to automate or streamline reporting and analysis workflows
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance analytics, streamline processes, and improve business decision-making.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business, industry, products, and market dynamics to deliver relevant insights and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis experience
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar visualization tools)
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex or ambiguous business questions
  • Ability to identify meaningful insights beyond standard reporting requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
  • Experience with Python, R, Power Automate, or other analytics and automation tools is an advantage

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

€35,000.00 - €90,000.00
