Your Main Duties in Flying with Us:
- Own the product roadmap for tiket.com's pricing and promo platform: the rule engine that powers price adjustments, discounts, and campaigns across all verticals (flight, hotel, train, things-to-do)
- Treat internal teams (commercial, vertical product teams) as your customers; gather their feedback to deeply understand their needs
- Analyze development needs and prioritize product requirements based on customer and business needs
- Conduct competitive product evaluations and pricing competitiveness analysis against other OTAs
- Write clear and concise product requirements (PRDs), experiment design docs, and user stories
- Design and run pricing experiments; define guardrails and budget controls so discounts stay within business limits
- Create and track metrics to define the success of initiatives and inform future improvements; comfort with data (SQL, dashboards, A/B test readouts) is part of the daily work
- Lead the agile product development process, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization sessions, and daily stand-ups
- Manage multiple platform capabilities independently (rule configuration, campaign tooling, budgeting, alerting and monitoring)
- Rapidly formulate concrete features that address needs expressed by internal users and business stakeholders
- Set product strategy, plan short-term and long-term platform improvements to meet business goals, and measure success
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Passion for a Product Management role with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience with platform or internal-tooling products (pricing, promo, loyalty, ads, or similar configuration-driven systems) is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with data: able to read SQL query results, interpret A/B test outcomes, and define success metrics
- A "can-do" spirit combined with high energy, drive, and a positive attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
