Financial Analyst
Vaxxinova US is seeking an individual to join our finance team a Financial Analyst in Willmar or Worthington, Minnesota.

About the role: The Financial Analyst will work closely with all areas of the business and act as a Business Partner. They will help bring visibility to the business through the creation of models and dashboards while also assisting in the creation of the budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with various functions to align operational metrics with financial outcomes
- Utilize Power BI to translate complex financial data sets in easily understood dashboards
- Facilitate the use of the global costing model and reports generated
- Aid in developing and improving the S&OP process
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Review and assist in the implementation of sales, operations, and inventory KPIs
- Assist other team members or other departments as requested
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation of procedures
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Provide ad hoc analysis to the various teams as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Capabilities:
- Solid understanding of general ledger coding, inventory costing, and production accounting
- Familiarity with cost center accounting and production workflows in ERP systems
- Highly proficient with accounting software (ERP systems)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and writing complex, optimized DAX formulas
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Communications skills to effectively work with teams, across departments, and outside vendors
- Problem solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at a high level of detail
- Ability to use sound judgement to determine accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization and establish effective working relationships
- Mathematical Reasoning
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities independently
Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Two or more years of relevant experience
Schedule
- This position is a day shift position with primary hours between 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday with potential overtime depending on production schedules. There may be some flexibility within these hours.
