What You'll Do
As a Financial Analyst III on the Enterprise Management Reporting team, you will support enterprise forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting processes that inform key business decisions. You will partner across enterprise finance teams to deliver timely insights, support strategic initiatives, and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization.
- Support enterprise short-term and long-term forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial performance, key business drivers, and emerging trends.
- Prepare executive, management, and Board reporting materials.
- Support enterprise expense analysis and recurring management reporting.
- Contribute to financial reporting and analysis for strategic and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance to ensure consistent, accurate, and insightful reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI-enabled solutions, automation, and analytical tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision support capabilities.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and executive decision-making needs.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field, plus 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, accounting, or related finance functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$73150 - $120650 / year Salary Details
The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience.
- Financial Analyst III: $73,150 - $99,750 / year
- Financial Analyst IV: $89,300 - $120,650 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible

This role offers in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements based in our Des Moines, IA office. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

Financial Analyst IV:
- Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science, finance or related field with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
