Job Purpose
At Techcombank, data is at the heart of every business decision. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to develop impactful dashboards, optimize reporting processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support Retail and Corporate Banking.

Key Accountabilities (1)
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Standardize and automate recurring reports, including:
- Campaign Tracking
- Sales Funnel Analysis
- Performance Tracking
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Analyze business data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and perform data mapping for reporting purposes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboards.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Strong SQL skills.
- Ability to use Power BI or similar BI visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Experience in Banking or Financial Services, Knowledge of Python or R, Experience working with Databricks, Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
