Support Medicaid DDI programs and onboarding to modernized Provider Plus capabilities by translating client policy, business processes and implementation needs into clear, testable specifications. Blend domain analysis with AI-assisted techniques while applying human review, traceability, privacy and quality controls.

Your role in our mission

  • Lead requirements discovery, fit-gap analysis and end-to-end traceability across provider enrollment, screening, portals, integrations, data conversion, reporting and operational readiness.
  • Translate contracts, RFPs, policy and business rules into process models, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, data mappings and implementation decisions.
  • Partner with product, architecture, engineering, QA, security, data and implementation teams to align requirements with a multi-tenant, cloud-native solution.
  • Support functional-parity analysis, configuration profiles, feature flags, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, cutover, rollback and release-impact assessment.
  • Define and validate API, event, batch and file-based business requirements, including errors, auditability, monitoring, privacy and security expectations.
  • Use Azure DevOps or comparable ALM tools to manage requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, defects and test evidence.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in business analysis or large-scale technology implementation.
  • Three or more years of Medicaid, Medicare, MMIS/MES or regulated healthcare experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio or comparable tools.
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, process-reengineering, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.

The pay range for this position is 69,000 - 99,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
