We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of WPS Securities & Trading – Product Manager
This role owns and drives the strategic development of the Retail Wealth Securities and Trading proposition, including World Trader and the broader execution and capital markets offering. You’ll evolve trading capabilities and the customer proposition as new products, technologies, and market opportunities emerge—while accelerating adoption and delivering commercial growth. The role ensures products, platforms, and end-to-end journeys are scalable, well-controlled, and deliver strong customer outcomes.

In this role you’ll:
- Own and develop the Securities, Execution and Trading proposition.
- Lead the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of World Trader and associated trading capabilities.
- Oversee the proposition across equities, ETFs, bonds, ETPs, and future structured products.
- Shape future capabilities, including wealth lending and tokenised securities.
- Translate customer and commercial needs into scalable product and platform solutions.
- Partner with Distribution, Platforms, Operations and Risk to deliver change and drive adoption.
- Ensure robust governance, controls, and customer outcomes across trading products and journeys.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong financial services experience, with deep knowledge of Investment/Wealth products and propositions.
- Relevant level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, CISI, LIBF)
- Strong analytical and technical capability, with the ability to break down complex problems, identify trends and root causes, and communicate clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and coaching teams in a fast-paced, changing commercial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders and colleagues in a complex matrix.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive prioritisation decisions across competing demands.
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
