We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – GRC / IRM to join our team and support one of our clients in KSA.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional experience, with strong hands-on experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing GRC/IRM processes, translating business needs into functional requirements, and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC and IRM.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend effective GRC/IRM solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of GRC/IRM processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), process flows, use cases, and other relevant documentation.
  • Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validating delivered functionality.
  • Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and proposed GRC/IRM solutions.
  • Support configuration, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and agreed objectives.
  • Provide support in resolving functional issues and clarifying requirements during implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of total professional experience as a Business Analyst.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in GRC / IRM.

Strong understanding of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance concepts.

Practical experience with GRC / IRM processes, workflows, and business requirements.

Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.

Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Good understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis.

Experience in UAT, test case preparation, and functional validation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently as.
