Your Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an AI Business Analyst to join our growing team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, AI architects, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to drive successful AI transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business value.

As an AI Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze business processes, challenges, and opportunities to identify AI and Generative AI use cases that drive business value.

• Lead requirements gathering activities through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements, business objectives, and success metrics.

• Support the creation of business cases, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.

• Work closely with AI Architects, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solutions.

• Participate in solution validation, user acceptance testing, and business readiness activities.

• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders while ensuring alignment throughout project delivery.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, intelligent automation, and continuous business optimization.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

• 6 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related roles.

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics, or related technology solutions.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements management, process modeling, and solution delivery frameworks.

• Proven ability to deliver complex business and technology transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working within Agile environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
