JOB SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION
- To manage the end-to-end performance of credit card products, delivering against growth, profitability, and customer experience objectives. The role is accountable for executing product strategy, driving portfolio performance, leading campaign delivery, and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination to maintain competitive and compliant card propositions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own delivery against the Cards annual plan, including KPIs, revenues, and risk and operational cost metrics.
- Support the planning and execution of the overall card product strategy.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including features, pricing, positioning, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Lead the development, launch, and commercialization of new products and services that enhance customer value and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth, in collaboration with Marketing and in alignment with Portfolio and Acquisitions teams.
- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance) to deliver product initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, audit, and internal policy requirements.
- Develop team capability through coaching, guidance, and ongoing performance management.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or retail lending, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
- Prior experience in credit card acquisition, product management, or sales performance management.
- Experience supporting pricing, campaign governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.
