BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB
As the Financial Analyst, you are responsible for effectively providing market data, analysis and financial modeling of properties, project and developments, lease transactions, and other duties as assigned.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procure and evaluate market data, provide analysis and financial modeling of properties, projects, developments, lease transactions, and other duties as assigned.
- Measure, monitor and enhance financial models utilized, as needed.
- Preparation of Investment Recommendations, and lease analysis.
- Review & abstract leases, and accurately prepare PIF forms.
- Present market, property and financial level facts and opinioned analysis.
- Advise on merits and considerations of each prospective investment.
- Keep up to date on company’s financial analysis ratio requirements.
- Evaluates third party financial statements.
- Ability to communicate complex information succinctly and anticipate and resolve issues/problems on a proactive basis.
- Interface with brokers, owners, consultants, and other market participants, as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred.
Experience and/or Training Experience creating and manipulating complex financial models and underwriting commercial real estate properties and projects.
Technology/Equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and/or Training Proficient with Argus Software.
