Your Tasks
- Administration of the Microsoft server system landscape (Exchange, SQL, AD, etc.)
- Administration of the virtualisation environment (VMware vSphere)
- Administration of the backup (Veeam) and storage environment
- Support and implementation of user training
- Documentation of IT processes, procedures and standards
- Client management
- Network and telecommunications administration
- Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
- User support
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft server products, ideally Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSE, MCITP)
- Experience in training employees and users
- Independent and service-orientated working style
