About the profile

Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team of professionals. Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved.
  • Engage with clients to clarify project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, selecting and applying suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors, to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Identify and assess risks, issues, and dependencies; define mitigation and contingency plans, and ensure they are implemented.
  • Monitor project progress against plan and provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders (scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues).
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, decisions, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and relevant compliance or contractual requirements.
  • Participate in selection, onboarding, and management of vendors and contractors, tracking their performance and resolving delivery issues.
  • Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to confirm that deliverables meet customer requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams, resolving conflicts and misalignment where needed.

Requirements - Must have

  • Completed university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects. 
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end IT project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. 
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Hands-on experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. 
  • Experience in project resource management, including planning, allocation, coordination, and tracking of project resources and efforts. 
  • Clear ownership and accountability for project delivery goals and KPIs, including timelines and quality. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining structure, prioritization, and focus. 
  • Solution‑oriented, proactive mindset with demonstrated project leadership skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Fluent English (professional working proficiency).

Requirements - Nice to have

  • Experience delivering projects in the Life Sciences / Healthcare domain. 
  • Experience managing projects in Data & AI environments, such as:      • data platforms or data factories; 
  • analytics, AI/ML, or data engineering initiatives. 
  • Experience with infrastructure or IT foundation projects, for example:  • Microsoft infrastructure; 
  • cloud or hybrid environments. 
  • Good understanding of technical terminology, enabling effective communication with engineering and technical teams. 
  • Experience working in international, distributed, or cross‑functional teams.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
