How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Maintains application systems that are beyond the development stage and running in the daily operations of the firm. May have overall ownership of a product or app, gathering requirements, managing and prioritizing changes. Specializes in configuring and supporting applications (e.g. SaaS). LEAD: Recognized subject matter expert in sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include:

• Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
• Facing IT function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
• Serving as an expert within own discipline

About you

Skills and Experience

Required

· Minimum 6 years' Salesforce administration experience.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.

· Experience with Flow Builder, reports, dashboards and security administration.

· Experience supporting production business systems.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

· Experience working within structured change and release processes.

Preferred

· Salesforce Administrator Certification.

· Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

· Experience within insurance, financial services or regulated industries.

· Exposure to Agile delivery practices.

· Experience supporting AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein.
