We are currently seeking a Technology Consultant - Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Integrations, and Salesforce Configuration. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while contributing to technical design discussions and mentoring junior team members.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Salesforce development, application integrations, automation, deployment processes, and solution design. The role will work closely with Architects, Tech Leads, Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Day to Day Job Duties

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop reusable Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Asynchronous Processes.

• Design and configure OmniStudio solutions including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.

• Configure Salesforce components including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, Flows, sharing rules, permission sets, and security controls.

• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions and provide implementation recommendations.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on development approaches and issue resolution.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, data, and performance-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and performance optimization practices.

• Develop and maintain unit tests and ensure adequate code coverage for deployments.

• Support SIT, UAT, release management, deployment activities, hypercare, and production support.

• Contribute to sprint planning, effort estimation, backlog refinement, and technical task breakdown.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments to ensure successful project execution.

Basic Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce Configuration.

• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing framework, and governor limits.

• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Industry Solutions.

• Experience with source control systems and CI/CD deployment processes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Exposure to MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.

• Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous integrations.

• Experience designing scalable and reusable Salesforce components.

• Knowledge of Salesforce performance optimization and security best practices.

• Experience supporting multi-org Salesforce implementations.

• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.

• Experience mentoring and guiding development teams.

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and deployment processes.

• Experience reviewing code and mentoring junior developers.

• Experience delivering medium to large-scale Salesforce implementations independently.

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

• Experience working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners.

• Ability to drive technical solutions from design through deployment and stabilization.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
