KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Member of Group FP&A team, participate in preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.
- Support the Planning process, including the Annual Budget, budget revisions, and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Analyze variances against budget and prior periods, providing meaningful insights into key performance drivers and business trends
- Prepare, analyze, and review expense reports, to support financial performance monitoring and decision-making
- Perform ad hoc analyses of special projects, profitability, and new initiatives, evaluating business risks, opportunities, and potential financial impacts
- Build and improve processes and financial modeling.
- University Degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related academic field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or MSc Finance) and/or Professional qualification (CIMA, CFA, ACCA, ACA or similar), will be considered a strong asset
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a relevant role within a Finance Department, preferably in a large multinational environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office along with fluency in English.
- SAP experience considered as a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive results ideally in fast-paced environment.
- Proactiveness focused on system and process improvements.
