Accountabilities:
- Lead product strategy and execution for the data platform, third-party integrations, and end-user data enablement, maintaining a clear long-term roadmap across data infrastructure, metrics, proprietary data models, and AI capabilities.
- Own integrations across referrals, billing, marketing, clinical, and other interconnected systems, anticipating dependencies and resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Establish data quality, reliability, validation, monitoring, and alerting as core product requirements to ensure trusted and dependable business data.
- Identify practical opportunities for AI and automation, enabling teams to access insights and complete workflows with less dependence on engineering resources.
- Build self-service analytics, configurable attribution, and marketer-controlled segmentation capabilities for Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business users.
- Define and govern business metrics and data models, resolving competing definitions and establishing trusted sources of truth across teams.
- Balance immediate operational needs with longer-term platform investments, scalability, and strategic priorities.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, and Operations, creating alignment and driving execution across multiple teams.
- Define success metrics and measurable goals, using data to assess product impact, inform decisions, and continuously improve the data ecosystem.
Requirements:

- Strong working knowledge of the modern data stack, including ELT, cloud data warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI and semantic layers, and reverse ETL.
- Comfortable using SQL and independently reasoning about data grain, joins, duplication, completeness, and data quality.
- Proven experience leading complex product initiatives that span multiple teams, systems, integrations, and technical dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience defining and governing metrics, resolving conflicting definitions, and creating trusted data foundations.
- Track record of developing self-service data capabilities for non-technical users and reducing reliance on ad hoc data requests.
- Strong product strategy, prioritization, roadmap development, and execution skills, with the ability to balance short-term requirements against long-term investments.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies, including automation, large language models (LLMs), and decision-support systems, with a strong interest in practical AI applications.
- Strong product judgment and analytical thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complex operational or technical challenges into actionable opportunities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to clearly explain priorities, trade-offs, and strategic rationale.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $150,000–$187,000 annually.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from day one.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
- Paid parental leave.
- Learning and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborative, fast-paced startup environment with opportunities to build and shape new capabilities.
