Job Title: BUSINESS ANALYST - Payments
Location: London
About the Job you are considering:
Seeking an experienced Payment Product BA to drive the analysis design and delivery of payment solutions within an AgileSAFe environment. The role will bridge business and technology teams ensuring payment products meet business customer and regulatory requirements
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Gather analyse and document business and system requirements
- Translate requirements into Epics Features User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with Product Managers stakeholders and delivery teams to define and deliver payment capabilities
- Support end to end payment processes including payment workflows settlement reconciliation and exception handling
- Participate in Agile ceremonies UAT release planning and solution demonstrations
- Ensure compliance with payment regulations risk and governance standards
Drive continuous improvement and product enhancements
Your Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Product Owner or Technical BA within Payments or Banking
- Strong knowledge of payment platforms and payment lifecycles
- Experience with Faster Payments CHAPS SWIFT SEPA ISO 20022 Open Banking or similar payment schemes
- Strong requirements gathering process modelling and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in AgileScrumSAFe environments
- Proficiency with JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps or similar tools
