HCH Enterprises, LLC is seeking a RHTP Senior Project Manager – Community Engagement Operations & Partnerships. This is a full-time position with HCH Enterprises, LLC, contract position with the state of Rhode Island.

RHTP Senior Project Manager – Community Engagement Operations & Partnerships

General Statement of Duties

At a high level of expertise, undertake complex professional assignments involving community engagement operations, stakeholder coordination, meeting planning, advisory council support, partner communication, and implementation tracking for Rhode Island’s Rural Health Transformation Program.

This position will support the Executive Office of Health and Human Services in implementing the operational infrastructure for RHTP community engagement, including the Rural Stakeholder Advisory Council, statewide and regional engagement sessions, partner-driven roadshow activities, public-facing engagement calendars, and coordination with rural community partners, Networks, Regional Hubs, and state agency teams.

Supervision

Works under the direction of the Executive Director of Engagement and Community Partnerships and/or other senior EOHHS leadership, with considerable latitude for independent judgment, initiative, and project management.

Scope of Work

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Rural Stakeholder Advisory Council meeting logistics, agendas, packets, attendance, onboarding, and follow-up.
  • Support statewide virtual launch activities, regional roadshow planning, and partner-driven community sessions.
  • Maintain the RHTP community engagement calendar, event registry, and outreach tracker.
  • Coordinate with Networks, Regional Hubs, municipalities, community-based organizations, providers, and state agency partners.
  • Track action items, decisions, meeting follow-up, and partner commitments.
  • Support accessibility, language access, plain-language review, and public-facing meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate speaker assignments, run-of-show documents, briefing materials, and internal prep meetings.
  • Maintain contact lists, regional outreach records, and engagement history.
  • Support documentation needed for CMS, leadership updates, public reporting, and internal accountability.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting public meetings, advisory councils, community engagement, public health, human services, or government programs.
  • Excellent writing, facilitation, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, partners, documents, and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with rural health, health equity, public health, Medicaid, human services, or community-based engagement preferred.

This is a primarily remote position, with in-person attendance required for some meetings. Projected start date is as soon as possible. Length of contract is at least 5 years. Annual compensation range is $98,000 - $110,000.
