Delivery Manager – ERP & Enterprise Technology

About the Role

Turium AI is looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager to join our Hyderabad team and oversee the successful delivery of ERP implementations and enterprise technology projects across India and Australia.

This role is suited to someone with strong project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions on time, within scope and to a high standard.

You will take ownership of day-to-day delivery activities, working closely with clients, technical teams, functional consultants and senior leadership to manage project execution, resolve delivery challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations and enterprise technology projects, from initiation and planning through deployment, go-live and post-implementation support.

• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, budgets and resource allocation.

• Coordinate functional consultants, developers, business analysts, integration specialists, testers and other project stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, deliverables and team performance to ensure delivery commitments are met.

• Maintain RAID registers, project status reports, delivery dashboards and governance documentation.

• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes and delivery constraints.

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates and resolving delivery-related concerns.

• Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and translated into achievable delivery plans.

• Coordinate implementation activities, including configuration, integrations, data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

• Manage project resources, workloads and priorities across multiple teams and workstreams.

• Prepare and present delivery updates, project performance reports and escalation matters to senior stakeholders and leadership.

• Drive accountability across project teams, ensuring timely completion of actions, milestones and deliverables.

• Support project financial management, including budget tracking, resource utilisation and delivery forecasts.

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team coordination, operational efficiency and project outcomes.

• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in project delivery, technology delivery management, ERP implementations or enterprise systems consulting.

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations or complex enterprise technology projects.

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday or similar systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.

• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.

• Experience managing project plans, budgets, resource allocation, RAID registers, dependencies and delivery reporting.

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technical and functional teams across multiple project workstreams.

• Experience managing client relationships, stakeholder expectations, project communications and escalations.

• Good understanding of enterprise system implementations, including configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.

• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, deployment readiness and post-implementation support.

• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Confident communicating project progress, delivery risks and key decisions to clients and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve delivery challenges and maintain accountability across project teams.

• Experience working in consulting, systems integration, ERP implementation or enterprise technology environments.

Highly Desirable

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or other major ERP implementation projects.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements.

• Exposure to international clients or distributed delivery teams.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or similar delivery management tools.

• Familiarity with project financials, utilisation tracking, delivery forecasting and resource capacity planning.
