What You Will Do
- Perform detailed financial analysis to support program performance and decision-making.
- Support monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with financial reporting and insights.
- Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs).
- Contribute to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
- Support cash collection and contract financial management processes.
- Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to manage financial performance.
- Provide financial support across all phases of the contract lifecycle, from program startup through execution and closeout.

- Gain experience supporting complex international defense programs.
- Build expertise in program finance, including EAC development and lifecycle financial management.
- Learn how monthly program reviews inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Develop a deeper understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and cash management processes.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business Administration major obtained by start date.
- Experience with one or more of the following Microsoft Tool Suite
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
