Job Description
We are looking for an ePMO Tooling & CoE Project Manager to support the development, configuration, and continuous improvement of tooling and automation within an Enterprise PMO environment. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, technology, and process excellence.
You will play a key role in shaping how the PMO uses tools, data, and AI-driven capabilities to drive efficiency, standardisation, and quality across project delivery. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Azure DevOps and modern Microsoft tooling, you will ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business needs.
What you will do
- Implement a new PMO tool for the organization.
- Enhance our AI processes and automation.
- Configure, enhance, and maintain existing PMO tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps, MS Project and ServiceNow)
- Act as the SME supporting project managers and driving ongoing development
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications for tooling improvements
- Support standardisation of PMO methodologies, templates, and documentation
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and structured knowledge management content
- Design and deliver onboarding and training for tools and processes
- Collaborate with IT and system owners to ensure integration between PMO and enterprise tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tooling, processes, and ways of working
- Embed quality assurance and governance into tooling and delivery practices
AI and Automation Focus
As part of the evolution of the PMO, this role is expected to actively contribute to AI-enabled ways of working:
- Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation into PMO processes and tooling
- Apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other AI capabilities to improve productivity and insight
- Support the use of AI for reporting, forecasting, document generation, and knowledge management
- Act as a champion for AI adoption within the PMO, helping colleagues embed AI into daily work
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with governance standards
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Experience
- Experience working in a PMO, ePMO, or project-based delivery environment
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including structuring, reporting, and configuration
- Experience working with Microsoft tooling such as Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and Planner
- Experience translating business needs into technology solutions
- Exposure to AI tools and automation within a business or PMO context
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using technology
- Ability to balance operational support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach

Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, or consulting environments
- Experience integrating tools across enterprise environments (e.g. APIs, PPM tools)
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies or PMO frameworks (e.g. Power Platform, P3O)
- Practical experience implementing AI solutions in a PMO or project environment
