JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides financial information and analysis to improve OMC’s financial and operational performance.  Responsible for financial analysis for the organization, assisting with physician reporting, assisting with the monthly general ledger closing. Prepares income statements for ancillary departments. Assists with internal and external audits. Performs special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION

Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree including college level accounting and finance preferred.

Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree including college level accounting and finance required. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Financial Analyst:

  • Two years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements preferred.

Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Five years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements, and acted as lead or played a key role in processes improvements and implementations, required.

OR

  • Three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements and a Master’s degree, and acted as lead or played a key role in processes improvements and implementations, required.
