What to Expect
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team as a Financial Analyst. Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be responsible for performing and completing various accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities (to name a few)
- Functions related to AR/AP
- Process AP payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare and reconcile month-end reports to the General Ledger
- Process the associated journal entries including preparation, recording and collection of supporting documentation
- Complete all other accounting duties as assigned
About You
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience; preferred cost accounting/accounts payable experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, organization skills, work ethic, and high level of integrity required
- Strong team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions, builds collaborative relationships
- Must be able to work well under pressure, effectively handle conflict, and demonstrate flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with ERP/Financial systems/Axapta experience a plus
