What You'll Do As an Associate Project Manager – Quotations, you will help manage the quotation lifecycle from project identification through proposal submission. You'll work closely with customers, Sales, manufacturers, engineering resources, purchasing, finance, and internal operations teams to develop accurate and competitive project solutions. Project & Quotation Management Manage assigned quotation opportunities from initial inquiry through proposal submission. Track quotation schedules, customer deadlines, bid dates, and project milestones. Monitor opportunities and follow up with internal teams and manufacturing partners. Maintain accurate project documentation and information in internal systems. Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them appropriately. Quotation Development Review plans, specifications, addenda, and customer requirements. Assist with product selection, configurations, and solution development. Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain pricing, lead times, technical information, and product recommendations. Identify discrepancies between project requirements, specifications, and proposed solutions. Prepare accurate and complete quotation packages. Support company pricing, margin, and commercial guidelines. Customer & Sales Support Serve as a day-to-day contact for customers and Sales throughout the quotation process. Provide timely updates regarding pricing, product availability, manufacturer feedback, and timelines. Respond to customer questions regarding products, specifications, pricing, and lead times. Build professional relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction and successful project pursuits. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and manufacturing partners. Communicate project requirements clearly and effectively. Support Sales in identifying solutions that meet customer requirements and manufacturer capabilities. Escalate technical, commercial, or specification-related issues when necessary. What Success Looks Like You'll be successful in this role if you consistently deliver: Accurate, complete quotations Fast and responsive turnaround On-time completion of assigned quotation activities Strong customer and Sales support Accurate project documentation Consistent adherence to pricing policies and procedures Reduced rework and quotation errors What We're Looking For Required Associate degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to learn products, systems, processes, and technical information quickly. Strong customer-service and teamwork skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems. Highly Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience in customer service, sales support, quotations, estimating, project coordination, drafting, or technical support. Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents. Experience in infrastructure, utility, transportation, construction, manufacturing, or industrial markets. Experience with CRM, ERP, quoting, or manufacturer portal systems such as Salesforce. Why Join The Will Group? Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Ability to access various departments within the facility. Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
