What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain robust financial models that support strategic program decisions.
• Analyse program budgets, cost evolution, and performance trends with speed and accuracy.
• Monitor workload, hours, and KPIs to ensure teams have a clear view of performance.
• Deliver sharp, data‑driven insights during program reviews and leadership discussions.
• Identify risks early, surface opportunities, and challenge assumptions with facts.
• Enhance dashboards and reporting tools that empower teams to act fast.
• Support cross‑functional partners with ad‑hoc analysis when projects shift or scale.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Program Controlling, Cost Controlling, or Project Finance within automotive R&D ecosystem.
• Strong modelling skills and proficiency with Excel; familiarity with SAP or BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract clear insights.
• Comfortable engaging across various R&D functions.
• Excellent communication and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• A global mindset and readiness to work in a multicultural environment.
