Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and must be fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin. Experience in Azure Data Engineering is preferred, though fresh graduates and those without IT degrees are welcome to apply if they are willing to undergo training.

Full description

Responsibilities:

• Main SPOC for the Chinese counterparts.

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Build data ingestion and transformation solutions.

• Support Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse environments.

• Monitor and optimize data platform performance.

• Implement data quality and validation checks.

• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes.

• Troubleshoot production incidents and service requests.

• Implement security and governance controls.

• Support DataOps and automation initiatives.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.

• Some experience in Azure Data Engineering.

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any IT related course are welcome to apply, provided they are fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and willing to undergo training as a Junior Azure Data Engineer.

• Candidates without an IT related degree may also be considered, provided they are fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and willing to undergo training as a Junior Azure Data Engineer.

• Can start asap.

Preferred Knowledge in:

• Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks

• SQL, Python, and PySpark

• Azure DevOps, Data Lake, ETL/ELT development, and Git
