Job Description
Establishes and/or implements functional business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short- and long- term goals of the organization.
Manages Manufacturing Engineers engaged in analyzing and changing production/manufacturing methods, processes, products and applications to improve product/process quality, performance and profitability.
Manages capacity planning, including review of assets (people, equipment, space) and planning roadmaps.
Leads new product introduction (NPI) activities in coordination with R&D to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain.
May manage the global supply chain for the organization.
May be responsible for managing integration of new products into manufacturing environment at a different Agilent location.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.
1+ years experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs for entry to this level.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $107,731.00 - $168,330.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
