The Principal Product Manager, Financial Planning (SAP Analytics Cloud) leads the strategy, implementation, and continuous evolution of VF's global planning platform. This role will oversee the transition from BPC planning to SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P) or future selected planning technology, delivering a modern, integrated planning ecosystem for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management.

Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Financial Planning product domain in alignment with the Finance Technology strategy.
- Establish a scalable, integrated planning platform aligned to VF's One Finance strategy.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven planning, predictive forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Planning Capabilities
- Deliver and optimize:• Strategic Planning
- Annual Operating Planning

- Workforce Planning
- Capital Planning
- Scenario Modeling
- Financial Performance Management
- KPI Reporting and Analytics
- Lead retirement of legacy BPC planning capabilities and migration to future-state solutions.
Business Engagement
- Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Regional Finance, HR Finance, and Business Unit leaders.
- Facilitate roadmap prioritization and provide recommendations supporting investment decisions.
- Translate planning and decision-support requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Data & Analytics
- Partner closely with analytics and data teams to integrate planning data with Business Data Cloud and enterprise reporting capabilities.
- Ensure planning solutions leverage governed master data and standardized financial structures.
- Develop self-service capabilities and executive dashboards.
Product Delivery
- Lead Agile product teams delivering planning enhancements and releases.
- Manage implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management across finance organizations.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A technology, EPM product management, or financial planning transformation.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management processes.
- Experience supporting or leading workstreams within large-scale global finance transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence senior business stakeholders and drive adoption of new planning capabilities across global teams
- Reports to the Senior Director, Global Finance Technology.
- Owns a distinct finance product domain with enterprise-wide accountability.
- Leads cross-functional global teams without direct authority.
- Drives business process transformation, change management, and value realization.
- Accountable for roadmap, adoption, operational excellence, and business outcomes.
- Typically aligns to a GL7/Senior Manager level supporting a multi-year global finance transformation program.

Hiring Range:
$140,000.00 USD - $175,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
