Your mission
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of our AGV/AMR systems across Europe. You will work closely with customers, project teams, local service engineers, and R&D teams to ensure successful project delivery and stable system operation. Your profile
Your responsibilities
Project deployment and commissioning
- Perform the on-site installation, configuration, commissioning, and testing of AGV/AMR systems.
- Configure and optimize navigation maps, charging stations, system parameters, and related equipment.
- Support system integration with customer infrastructure, warehouse systems, and other automation equipment.
- Conduct system testing and support customer acceptance activities.
- Prepare commissioning reports and relevant technical documentation.
Technical support and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and communication issues.
- Monitor system alerts, analyze technical problems, and identify root causes.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document technical problems, solutions, and follow-up actions.
Customer training and documentation
- Provide customers with training on system operation and basic maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Explain technical information and solutions clearly to customers.
- Support communication between European customers and internal technical teams in China.
System monitoring and improvement
- Monitor system performance, including uptime, battery status, charging activities, and system alerts.
- Conduct routine system inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve system performance.
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and continuous improvement activities.
Internal collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, service teams, solution engineers, sales teams, and R&D teams.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback and technical requirements.
- Support project planning, progress tracking, and technical coordination.
- Ensure that technical issues and project risks are communicated and followed up in a timely manner.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in AGV/AMR, robotics, industrial automation, warehouse automation, or technical field service.
- Practical experience in system installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of industrial networks, electrical systems, software configuration, and system integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within an international team.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to explain technical information clearly.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese.
- Willing to travel within the Netherlands and across Europe according to project requirements.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
