Senior Technical Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and product management, with the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives, customer needs, and technical execution.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to define product vision, build product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions. You should be comfortable working with complex technical systems and translating technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for technical products and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, business needs, market trends, and product feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Work with engineering teams to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, technical dependencies, and scalability requirements.
• Drive effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance, and use data-driven insights to improve product outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions to ensure timely product delivery.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on product strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–12 years of overall experience, including significant experience in Product Management and technical product development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, software development lifecycle, system architecture, APIs, cloud-based applications, and scalable systems.
• Proven experience managing and delivering technical products from concept to launch.
• Strong ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand complex technical challenges.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance customer requirements, business priorities, and technical constraints.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or AI-powered products.
• Understanding of model training, model evaluation, experimentation, and AI/ML product development workflows.
• Experience working with data science, machine learning, or AI engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI model capabilities, limitations, performance metrics, and responsible AI considerations.
